Returns Policy

We design our products to the highest standards, so if they’re not working exactly right for you, we’ve got you covered. We can happily exchange or refund any order within 14 days of purchase. All we ask is that your products are unused and in the same condition you received them in.

For exchanges and refunds on unused items, please follow the instructions below or contact us for help.

Please note, we will pay courier costs for faulty products or incorrect shipments. For a change of mind or other reasons, courier costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How to make a return

Please ensure your items are carefully packaged and addressed clearly. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for products that arrive damaged or are lost in transit.

2) We will contact you once we have received and inspected your return and arrange a refund. 

Please ensure your items are returned to us in appropriate packaging to avoid damage.
