We design our products to to the highest standards, so if they’re not working exactly right for you, we’ve got you covered. We can happily exchange or refund any order within 14 days of purchase. All we ask is that your products are unused and in the same condition you received them in.
For exchanges and refunds on unused items, please follow the instructions below or contact us for help.
Please note, we will pay courier costs for faulty products or incorrect shipments. For a change of mind or other reasons, courier costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How to make a return
Please ensure your items are carefully packaged and addressed clearly. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for products that arrive damaged or are lost in transit.

2) We will contact you once we have received and inspected your return. Your refund will be made to the original payment method and may take up to 5 working days to return to your account.
Please ensure your items are returned to us in adequate packaging to avoid damage and via a safe courier. Box design can only receive delivery by couriers.
We may not be able to change your order once you have placed it, but you are welcome to contact us, and we will try our best to take care of your request. However, once your purchase has been packed or shipped, we are no longer able to change your delivery address, payment method or amend an order. Of course, you can always return any unopened products to us for a refund.
Defective or damaged products
We stand behind all of our products. If your product is defective or damaged and it has been more than 14 days, we will exchange it for you at no cost. Please contact us.
